Charter FAQs

Private charter & moonlight cruise questions

  • How much does a private fishing charter on Long Island cost?

Private charters on the Super Hawk are priced by group size, season and trip length (half-day, full-day or evening). Call (516) 607-3004 for a quote — most weekday half-day private charters start in the low four figures all-in.

  • How many people fit on the boat?

The Super Hawk comfortably accommodates up to 120 guests for private charters and party cruises — intimate enough for a 20-person birthday, big enough for a corporate full-boat buyout.

  • Do moonlight cruises include food and drinks?

We provide the boat, captain and crew. You bring your own caterer, DJ, decorations and drinks (alcohol allowed on private cruises with prior approval). We have an enclosed cabin for dining and an upper-deck dance floor.

  • Where do private charters sail from?

1501 Lido Blvd, Point Lookout, NY 11569 — the public dock at the end of Lido Boulevard, with free and metered parking right at the basin.

  • Can you host birthdays, proms, reunions or corporate events?

Yes — birthdays, family reunions, proms and graduations, corporate outings, fundraisers and bachelor / bachelorette parties are our most-booked private events. Call (516) 607-3004 to check dates.

  • What's the deposit and cancellation policy?

A deposit secures your date. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, you'll be rebooked or refunded. Guest-initiated cancellation policy varies by season — we'll walk you through it on the booking call.
