Fishing out of Point Lookout, NY

The Super Hawk is Point Lookout's family-friendly party boat — half-day fluke and sea bass trips twice a day, private charters and moonlight cruises.

Long Island's south-shore fishing hub

Point Lookout sits at the western end of Long Island's barrier beach — a short run through Jones Inlet puts you on some of the most productive fluke and sea bass grounds on the south shore. The Super Hawk has run out of the public dock at 1501 Lido Blvd for 37 seasons.

Point Lookout is family territory. The dock is right on Lido Blvd with free and metered parking, no long walk from the car, and a beach a few blocks away for after the trip. First-time anglers, kids and grandparents fit right in — the crew rigs, baits and unhooks so families show up with nothing more than sunscreen and snacks.
